Norkis Cyberpark is a 2.8-hectare IT park development in Mandaue City, Cebu. Phase 1 of the project consists of the first office building, called Norkis One and its complementing retail strip called The Arcade, shall cater to the captive BPO market and its surrounding neighborhood.
