Cebu’s Norkis Group enters property dev’t with Mandaue cyberpark

MANILA – The Norkis group of companies is taking advantage of the robust office property market in Cebu with the development of a new business park in Mandaue City, marking the motorcycle distributor’s foray into the real estate business.

In a briefing on Friday, DEI Properties Inc chairman Danilo Ignacio said the 2.8-hectare Norkis Cyberpark is master planned for five office towers, built over a three- to five-year time frame, and catering to business process outsourcing (BPO) firms and traditional office locators.

DEI is the development manager of the project.

Located at a prime lot adjacent to the J Center Mall along A.S. Fortuna Street, Norkis Cyberpark will have over 114,00 square meters of office and retail space upon completion.
